Where is the sporty wrist watch in ff13 2
Aloeidal Fragment You get this right after you meet Hope for the first time. Pathos Jewel If you climb some scaffolding, there's a giant stone dude Fal'Cie chillin out. Under his chin is a hidden chest. Use Mog's reveal ability to make it show up and then throw him over there. Amur's Sphere By the stairs that lead up to Hope's tent is a guy who is a tech buff. He wants a battery, but we have to go to 01X AF to get it.
Details on this particular item of interest; certain types have special information; live triggers will provide the humorous responses that allow you to earn special live trigger rewards; cinematic actions will display the button commands entered for that action. Behemoth Fang Old Battery. Zenobia will end the stagger early and put up his tentacle shield once more, with even more tentacles! This time the tentacles mean business, as they will cast spells like Ruinga and Cure.
Take them out one at a time, healing when necessary. Once they are gone, nothing will stand between you and Zenobia, and you'll be able to finish him off easily. With no other place to go, head east and north to the gate. The gate that you want to open is the one on the WEST side of the map in the southern portion.
Open it up using a Wild Artefact which you should already have and you'll be returned to the Historia Crux with a new destination unlocked! He can learn Esunada, and has a fantastic Feral Link ability. However, he's very weak until he's leveled up; in the meantime, you may want to wait until you can get a Green Chocobo that you can recruit in Yaschas Massif AF-. He's overall more powerful and easier to level, but he won't get Esunada or have that Feral Link.
Your choice; get both and experiment if you want. As you enter this area you'll be told that it is a maze, full of paradoxes and contradictions for you to unravel. Hit the switch in the room you find yourself in nothing else you can do Rotating rooms is a re-occuring puzzle in this area. Also, as you progress through this area, a voice will speak over the intercom every now and again. As you would expect, these numbers will be important later, but since you have this guide, actually remembering them is optional.
Head outside to the walkway and go south. Interact with the console here to have another room rotate. Make your way south and west, interacting with the next console you find TWICE in a row to line up both doors in this room. Head through the room to see an elevator come down. Up here, check out the north part of the map to see a suspended platform with a treasure sphere. Now, head west to find Chocolina over here. She's got a slightly updated inventory. Head over to the next room to the south and interact with the console inside it once , then head out onto the northern platform.
Now, head back to the console and use it again to reach the elevator. Take it up. Up here you'll see a "suspicious room" that you'll need to investigate. Now, go into the next room and through it to the other side. Head east, following the path as it turns north until you reach the northernmost part of it; look out to the north to find a sphere WAY out there.
Head all the way back to the room you came out of the elevator on this level needs "Access Key 13" to continue and interact with the console beside it THREE times to make a path forward. After that, go through it and head northwest, interacting with the console you come across TWICE to gain access.
Head inside and examine the computer to be asked for a password. The password here is "", which are the numbers that the intercom has been spouting out as we progressed. We have no other reason to stay here now, so return to the Historia Crux. You'll learn SOME information, but not much. Also, notice how the people around here aren't very And make a mental note of the numbers they tell you in a computerized voice Backtrack a bit and go into the computer room nearby. Interact with the terminal closest to the door on the right; you'll need to jump.
You will be asked for a password, so when prompted enter "" to continue the numbers the people were saying are part of the password; the "2" is said by a man in the computer room. Head back to the first computer room now and to the middle ring to the east. Follow Caius now and interact with the console to the south to get a primer on the "Augusta Tower Access Key". With the access key in hand from our earlier trip to AF-, the path will open now, and you'll see Alyssa up ahead.
Go talk to her for a scene. Once you have it, enter the room to the east, where you'll find Chocolina; she's got some new inventory here. Interact with the console here to align the room next to you, so you can get through it easily. Note that there is a computer console here that asks you to do a Mission. From the room where you received the missions, go southeast to the central ring, then head south and east, examining the console just to the north of the room where Chocolina is to open the way to Alyssa.
Talk to her, and you'll get a Live Trigger event here. After the scene, follow Alyssa onto the elevator and talk to her. Agh, we've been led into some type of trap! Worry not my companions, we've got this. Take out the Vespid and Zwerg enemies first as they'll fall fast, then focus on Orion. He's the only thing that is threatening here After that battle a short scene will take place, followed up by another battle against an Orion and four Vespid Soldiers.
Take care of them I personally find Thundaga or Ruinga on Orion, then "Repeat" does the trick and you'll see another scene. I feel like it's all over again! Our goal now is to resolve the paradox whilst staying alive. Take a few steps northeast, and you should see a floating treasure box to your east.
You can see another treasure sphere to the north on the other side of the gap; while you CAN eventually get to it through exploring, it's just easier to Throw Mog at it. Poor Mog Now, head back to the elevator.
Time to play with the consoles here; there are FOUR consoles here for you to mess with, and are labeled below:. Go west, through this room here, then through another room to the northwest.
You should now be on the very outer west ring. Make your way all the way back to the elevator. Keep going north, following it as it goes northeast until you reach the northernmost room where the objective is. Make your way back to the elevator and use the console within the elevator itself to continue up to the 52nd floor.
Once we're up on floor 52, Noel will stop for a Live Trigger. Then who is? XD [4] This is just like a murder mystery! Pick as you will, I laughed at murder mystery and we'll have another floor to twist around and explore. Our goal this time is the northeast room.
Take the north bridge and go into the room to the northwest. From there, head south and west, going through the southwestern room so you can explore the outer ring down there. In this larger southern ring, go as far south as you can; you should see a treasure out of reach to your south. Head back to the room and interact with that console twice again to turn it back to where it was, then you can finally make your way to the northern outer ring. Make your way ALL the way east and southeast to the end here.
You should see another sphere out in the distance to your southeast. Go back to the room that you passed to your southwest and enter. Interact with the console once you get there and you'll see a scene. I guess someone had a Behemoth waiting for us! This is a Greater Behemoth, and is just a normal battle, but its a good measuring stick for how prepared you are.
You should be able to take this guy out without a SEN now, so measure yourself up against that statement and see how you do. After the fight, you'll be on the top floor. We can get some more items by going down to the 49th floor, which he haven't visited yet, so choose it as your next destination. This area is pretty self explanatory. Explore the area as much as you can here, then examine the console to the southwest once to rotate the room.
Go through it, then head northwest. Now, step to the edge here and rotate your camera while looking down. To get it, take a few steps back, then BARELY throw Mog off the edge of the platform toward that pillar, and he should land right near the box. Backtrack just a bit to the south and use the console here to rotate the room to the west. This will allow you to go through here and explore the rest of this portion of the map. It leads to Oerba AF-, and if we use a Wild Artefact now, we will not have enough Wild Artefacts to visit other destinations until much later.
Do not worry; we WILL visit it in time, just not until later. Now, let's complete the rest of the missions here. Return to the elevator and go to the 50th floor. Time to finish up this tower! When you're done, return to the elevator and go back to the top floor. Chocolina is here, and she's got some new delicate versions of accessories here, so if you MUST have them go for it.
After that, be sure to level up in the Crystarium, then head up the stairs. Move into the room to see a series of scenes and understand that much more of the plot. At the end, you will face the machine Adam will start off by casting Faith on itself and its arms.
Your goal should be to start out by taking out his arms, which will drop relatively fast for an average party. After that work on staggering Adam.
He will likely place a couple of status effects on you Curse, Imperil while putting Protect on himself. Once you stagger him go all-out and he will drop fast. Your general battle strategy is the same however. He puts Bravery on everything this time, but once again you should focus on taking out his arms, which shouldn't be much harder than the first time.
After that, work on staggering Adam. Once you stagger him, go all-out and he will drop fast. Throw in a Potion or two mid-stagger if you have to. If you don't, then you either missed a trigger in this battle, or one of the earlier ones. Feel free to revisit those bosses if you can close the gate and try then; it will still count. After the fight yet another fal'Cie will start to materialize.
We however will be given a Live Trigger moment. What's the battle strategy? First of all, there is only ONE right option The first form, not the second. However, if you want the comical choice, you are going to have to fight again.
No way around it, I'm afraid! Choose the required choice once you're ready to continue. Be sure to claim the Live Trigger treasure box on the left for your Trigger reward. Afterward, interact with the computer, then use the Artefact of Rebirth on the gate to once again step into the flow of time. From the looks of it, there's really nothing much here. To the northwest is a hidden treasure that we can't open just yet, but if you look to the far east, and to the far southwest in the distance, you will see two treasure spheres that you can get by throwing Mog at them.
First, we'll tackle Yaschas Massif AF-. You should've unlocked this in Academia AF-. If you didn't, then do so now. All right, where to start? There is some treasure here, and seven fragments Make your way down some stairs until you're in front of the tent where you met Hope in the past. Next, go down all the stairs until you reach the large area in the northeastern part of the Paddraean Archaeopolis.
Examine the Ruby of Grief here, and you'll hear the thoughts of Karl, which will begin the next Mission! Instead, approach the crates to the right side of the ramp. Make your way out of the Paddraean Archaeopolis to the southwest. Before going up the last of the ramp to come across Chocolina, stop where the path turns southwest for the last time and look to the northeast. You should see a treasure box down below, just out of reach. Feel free to shop with Chocolina if you want, but know that she has nothing new.
Head south just a few steps, looking against the western wall until you see a hidden treasure box on a large stone slab. Okay, back to the Mission. Head south from Chocolina to the fork here, where you should continue south and east. You'll eventually come to a dead-end with a floating box caught in the paradox. Before heading back to deliver the frame, return to the fork and head west to the next fork. Also, finish exploring this small area to complete the Map! Go ahead and make your way back to the Paddraean Archaeopolis now and deliver the Picture Frame to the red orb.
Go south of Chocolina to the fork with the Chocobo and red orb nearby; examine the Ruby of Grief to start your next mission. From where you are now near the Chocobo , head west, then south at the fork here. At the next fork, continue south following the path to the next red orb.
Examine it for your next mission. Go south from where you are just north of the southernmost gate to find a Temporal Rift! And within this rift lies the worst of the puzzles in this game: the Hands of Time. On your own, this puzzle is a confusing mess and sometimes really hard to complete, especially since the puzzle is different every time. Luckily, Rafal Adamczyk was kind enough to create a puzzle solver specifically for this! Visit the link below, input your numbers starting from the topmost number [] , then clockwise all the way back around , and follow the paths given!
Make your way north to the previous fork, then take the western path until you are led to the wide open area with several chasms. Travel north, and when you come to the massive chasm in the center of the area, move along the western side of it to have Mog go nuts, pointing out a fragment. Just to the northeast of the Graviton Core is another red orb. Examine it, and you'll be given another mission.
Luckily, you already have the item for it! Make your way back there and check it out. Once you do, you'll be at the mercy of the damned Hands of Time puzzle Once again, I refer you to Rafal Adamczyk's magic puzzle solver! Again, just visit the link below, input your numbers starting from the topmost number [] , then clockwise all the way back around , and follow the paths given! Except for one last thing, that's all we can do here in the Yaschas Massif AF-.
The last thing is to unlock and take the gate in the southeastern corner of the map. Use a Wild Artefact on the gate, and you'll unlock our next stop! Or is that bad news? Move north to the group of Flan here, and you'll begin the Monster Finder quest after getting the Primer on it. At the fork here, go ahead and go southeast, jumping along the path until you are down in the southernmost portion of the map. Make your way back to the first fork and take the northwestern vine to the next area, where you can use the Moogle Hunt ability to uncover a third Miniflan.
Continue north and use the vine here to the next area, then climb aboard the giant beast to the north to take you to the Forest Crossroads. Head a bit northeast, and at this fork, look to the northwest for the next hidden Miniflan. Take the southeastern path next, and when you come to Chocolina, continue southeast and take the small path to the south to discover the fifth Miniflan.
Finding all these Miniflan now means bad news for the pillar, go make your way back northwest and north to the Assembly Area. Approach the Miniflans, then you will have to take on a group of them. They're not hard; just wail away on them with magic. Make your way back to the Assembly Area and go to the northernmost part of the area here. That's it for the Sunleth Waterscape AF-, so go ahead and make your way back to the Historia Crux when you're ready.
Our next destination is the Bresha Ruins AF-! If you didn't, do so now. The past to your east that leads to the lower part of Bresha is blocked off, but no worries; there's still the rest of the map. To the northeast of the gate is the small area that you couldn't reach before until you had a Chocobo. Make your way up the northern stairs, talking to Jonah along the way, which will allow you to start another mission! Go ahead and enter the tunnel, then follow it to the next fork.
Check to the east to find Thurston, who will give you another mission! Keep going north, then climb the staircase here to go back into the tunnels. Again, continue north; at the fork here, feel free to shop with Chocolina just to your east. Start making your way back toward the start of the area near the gate. At the top of the first set of large stairs and to the east , you'll find the Commander. Instead of going back in, head east to where you fought Atlas in the past.
Make your way all the way east to the graveyard, where you'll see Mog go nuts once again. After that, use the Moogle Hunt ability to uncover a man who was caught in a distortion! Talk to Lex here to start your next mission! This guy is Brant, and he's Lex's buddy.
Talk to him, and he will want you to play a game with you! Time to make him laugh! XD [3] A job as a shoe salesman would be your best fit. What next? XD [2] Need an ark? I Noah guy. One last pun will get him to hand over Lex's message! XD [4] Salt merchants are movers and shakers. Now, for the last part of this area! Go slightly west, hugging the north wall. You'll come to an area that we have not been to yet! Use a Wild Artefact, and you'll unlock a new location!
Okay, that's it for here! This will be much similar to the Yaschas Massif AF-, mission-wise, so let us begin. Examine the red orb here in the Paddraean Archaeopolis to start your first mission. Once you have them, head south until you reach the crazy Chocobo here. Once you're up here, dismount the Chocobo and talk to the Technical Engineer for a Live Trigger event. Before heading back, there are two treasures we can grab rather quickly.
Jump off the elevated platform to the southwest, then check out the large chasm here. Head north from here, and when you start to turn southeast past the elevated area, look to the northeast in the distance; you should see a treasure box in the chasm! Examine the orb here for yet another mission.
Yay, more Hands of Time puzzles! For the last fragment of this area, head back toward the Paddraean Archaeopolis to discover one last spacetime distortion beside Chocolina. Examine it and listen to Yeul's story; afterward, you'll have your next mission. It'll appear, and you'll be thrown into a battle against the giant beast. Don't bother trying to remove the buffs it gives itself; it'll keep using its Roar ability to get them back, wasting your time.
Also watch out for Virulent Breath; it'll hit a range of members for quite a bit of damage. That is it for the Yaschas Massif here, but we can now complete an open mission, so make your way back to the Historia Crux, then go back to Yaschas Massif AF-.
Finally, if you feel you're ready, let's go take out Gorgyra in X AF-, the Cie'th mission that we skipped earlier. I believe you can take it out now, but if you want to play it safe, then by all means, put it off a bit longer.
He'll give you this mission. Once you're prepared, head there to take her on. This fight is winnable without having anti- insert status effect here accessories, though they can make it MUCH easier. Noel should always be casting Curaja when he is healing, as each attack is nearly always a group attack. Only take one round, possibly two if the gauge is dwindling slowly, to heal and remove status effects, because Gorgyra will make you pay the longer you're in battle with her, and watching the gauge go back to zero after a lot of hard work is just damn depressing.
Make sure to also use Wound Potions as soon as you see a Wound hit Serah or anyone else in your party. Sometimes she can use them in succession quickly cripple a party member, so try to stay on top of that. If you can't defeat him within the counter, then you'll need to come back later to take him on.
There's a TON to do there! Match the symbols to the left of the enemy names below to determine their locations on the Steppe. Where to start? First, make your way to the Nomad Camp to the weather controlling machine. We'll collect treasures before deciding to embark upon any side quests. You should see a treasure sphere to the southeast up on an unreachable ledge. Return to the entrance of the village and head west, following along the northern wall until you come to another treasure sphere.
Go up the ramp to your southwest to be in the Stonestump Wastelands, then head as far northwest as you can go while staying on elevated land. You should see another treasure sphere up on a ledge to the north. Head south along the western edge of the area then turn east when you come to the southern wall. Keep going southeast, and you should be in a barren, lower area. See the big hole here? Throw Mog inside! Once you have that, continue east along the tunneled path. If you look on your map or look UP , you'll see that you're under a bridge.
From here, continue east until you hit the wall, then head south. Maybe it wont' show up if you don't. Add a comment.
